Terms of Sale & Use

Last updated 22 September 2026

These terms cover The Family Command Center and this site. By buying or downloading it, you agree to them.

Who you are dealing with

acori is operated by Matheus Aleixo, Rua Colégio Militar, 2780-239 Oeiras, Portugal, tax number (NIF) 298614448. You can reach us at [email protected].

What you are buying

The Family Command Center is a digital household organization system: a ready-to-use spreadsheet supplied in a Google Sheets version and an Excel version. You get access as soon as you pay, make your own copy, and fill in the sections that apply to your household. There is no physical product, no account, no subscription and nothing to install.

Price and payment

Our checkout is run by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the seller of record for your purchase. They take the payment, handle sales tax and VAT, and issue your receipt. Their terms also apply to the payment itself.

The Family Command Center costs $37, a one-time payment. Prices are shown in US dollars. Tax may be added at checkout depending on where you live, and your bank may charge a currency conversion fee that we never see.

Discount codes

We sometimes offer a discount code. A code works only until the end date shown where it was offered, applies only to the products it names, cannot be combined with another offer, and has no cash value. We can withdraw a code at any time, but never for an order that has already gone through.

Refunds

If you are a consumer in the EU or the UK, you have 14 days to change your mind. The law gives you that right on anything bought online, and although it can be given up for a download that starts immediately, our checkout does not ask you to give it up, so you keep it. Email [email protected] within 14 days of your purchase and we will refund you in full. Please delete the files if you do.

Everywhere else, access is immediate and purchases are final. That is why the sales page shows real screenshots of the system: please look at them properly before buying.

This does not affect your legal rights if something is actually wrong. If a file is broken, incomplete or will not download, tell us and we will fix it or refund you. Email [email protected] and we will sort it out.

What you may do with the files

When you buy, you get a personal licence to use the Family Command Center in your own household. You may:

  • Make your own copy, and print as much of it as you want for yourself and the people you live with or care for.
  • Fill it in and keep it in Google Sheets, in Excel, on paper, or all three.
  • Share your completed copy with the people who would need it, such as a partner, an adult child or an executor.

You may not resell, republish or redistribute the files, share the download or copy link publicly, use them in a business, with clients or in teaching, or copy the structure and wording into a product of your own. We keep the copyright in everything we publish.

This is not professional advice

acori is organizational and educational. It is not financial, legal, tax, medical or insurance advice, and it is not a will or an estate plan. Using it does not create a professional relationship of any kind. Rules differ from country to country and change over time, so anything with legal, tax or financial consequences should be checked with a qualified professional where you live. Decisions you make after reading it remain yours.

Keeping your own information safe

The Command Center is a map, not a vault. It asks you to record what exists and where it is kept, and it specifically tells you not to write down passwords, PINs, recovery codes or full card numbers. Once yours is filled in, it holds sensitive details about your household, and looking after it, deciding where it lives and choosing who can reach it are down to you.

Emails

If you join our email list, every email has an unsubscribe link, and using it stops them for good. What we do with your details is set out in our Privacy Policy.

If something goes wrong

We work to keep the site and the files available and correct, but we do not promise that the site will never be down or that the content is error free. As far as the law allows, our total liability to you for anything connected with the product or the site is limited to what you paid us for it, and we are not liable for indirect losses.

Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights stay exactly as they are.

Changes

We may update the product, the price or these terms. The terms that apply to your purchase are the ones published on the day you bought, and the date at the top of this page tells you when it last changed.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by Portuguese law, and the courts of Portugal have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer in the EU, you keep the protection of the law of the country you live in, and you can bring a claim in your own local courts.

Consumers in the EU can also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Before any of that, please just email us. Most things are easier to fix directly.

Questions about any of this? Write to [email protected]. A person reads it.
